Michael Madden, editor of the North Korea Leadership Watch blog, 블로그 운영자가 한말을 블름버그에서 인용한 겁니다.  블름버그 공식 의견이 아니구요.  그리고  이 양반은 지난  8월 25일 협상 내용도 모르고 있고  협상문 조건 중에  "3. 남측은 비정상적인 사태가 발생하지 않는 한 군사분계선 일대에서 모든 확성기 방송을 8월 25일 12시부터 중단하기로 하였다."  조항을 모르고 하는 말이지요.
