지난 번에도 누가 백승호 3부리그 어쩌구 저쩌구 하는 글을 올렸기에

내가 댓글로 스패인 3부 리그에선 논 이유 선수를 등록할 수 없다고 하니깐

아니라고 하기에..영어로 된 스패인 리그 룰 규정에서

논 이유 부분만 근거로 제시해 줬는데....그거 읽어 본 사람이 없는듯...

백승호 3부 리그 임대니 뭐니 하는 소문과 소리가 돌아다니는데

스패인 리그 규정상 3부 리근엔 논 이유 선수는 뛸 수도, 등록시킬 수도 없죠.

그러니 백승호 3부 리그 임대는 불가능한 말이죠. 

그래서 백승호가 3부 리그 팀으로 임대를 가니 어쩌니 소리는 일단 틀린 거죠. 

3부 리그가 아니라 정확히 말해 세군다 디비지온 b 겠죠.

세군다는 영어의 세컨드라는 말로서 스패인에선 2부 리그란 뜻이고.

단지 스패인은 2부 리그인 세군다에 a와 b 가 있다는 게 다른 유럽 리그들과 좀 다를 뿐.

세군다 a 밑에 b가 있다보니 사람들이 흔히들 3부리그라고 말하기도 하는데

정확히 말하면 2부 b 리그인 겁니다.

세군다 a던 b던 다 2부 리그이기에 여기선 논 이유 외국인 선수를 등록시킬 수 있고
2명까지 제한하고 있죠.


스패인에서 3부 리그라고 하는 건 테르세라 디비지온 tercera division이라고 하여

테르세라라는 말은 영어로 하면 바로 third..3 번째 즉 3부 리그란 소리죠.

글고 몇년 전 부터는 유럽 재판소에서
1부던 2부던 비유럽 선수 규정을 포지티브하게 적용하라는 톨러런스 판결이 나왔다고 하죠. 그래서
스패인 축협에서도 비이유권 외국인 숫자 제한 규정을 가장 유용하게 사용하라는 결정을 내렸다고 하는데
이게 정확하게 뭘 의미하는지는 현재로선 잘 모르겠고..
그 중엔 한개는 acp 나라 소속 선수들은 비유럽권 예외인 거와
남미 선수들은 2년 간만 리그 팀에 소속돼 뛴 경력이 있다면 국적을 언제든 취득할 수 있다는 것이
현재로선 알려진 사실이고

분데스 리그엔선 그 이외에도
아시아에선 일본등 비유럽권인 나라들과
외국인 용병 협정을 따로 맺고 있다면
이런 나라 출신 선수들은 비이유권 규정에서 예외가 될 수 있다는 정도가 알려져 있죠.
기타 영국이나 이탈리아도 그래서 비이유권 외국인 용병 규정이 조금씩 다를 겁니다.

Rules for Non-EU Players in Spain

In La Liga BBVA, a team can retain maximum three Non-EU players. The above figure drops to 2 in LigaAdelante (Second Division) whereas in Segunda Division B, it further gets reduced to 0 implying that the third division team is not allowed to hold any foreign player. Only those teams which have clawed into the league following their relegation are permitted to hold onto their offshore players until the expiry of contract.

However, the phrase “Non-EU” has often been repeated following multiple rulings by the European Court of Justice. As per the decision of the Spanish Federation, the teams are allowed to make the optimum utilization of this rule and build up their side with many foreign players.

In La Liga, the players are allowed to claim citizenship from the land where their ancestors arrived from. A non-European player is entitled to apply for Spanish citizenship if he plays in Spain for at least, five years. What is more, the players coming from the ACP countries referring to the Caribbean, Africa and the Pacific, which are signatory to the Cotonou Agreement, are not taking into account against the non-EU slots owing to the Kolpak ruling.

La Liga or La Liga BBVA is the top-level professional club football competition in Spain. It is considered one of the most popular as well as competitive domestic leagues throughout the world, with English Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A and Ligue 1 being other most viewed national leagues. Just like every football league in the world, La Liga is also guided by specific rules as prepared by the Spanish football authority in alignment with the FIFA guidelines. Let us now take a closer look at the La Liga rules for the non-EU players.

Rules for Non-European Players in La Liga

According to the rules in La Liga, a club playing in the top division Spanish football league is not allowed to recruit more than three non-EU players. The same figure is 2 for the second division football clubs (LigaAdelate). The clubs in the Segunda Division B are not allowed to recruit any non-EU player. The clubs relegated to the second or third division are, however, permitted to retain the non-EU players until their contracts expire.

According to a decision adopted by the Spanish Federation, the teams playing in La Liga and the second division football in the country should make an optimum use of the rules and construct their squads with the foreign payers as many as permissible by the authority.
