앵커 : Maybe the economic squeeze is working. Maybe they're starting to feel bad, I mean possibly that's why you have a change in potential tone.
앵커 : 아마도 경제제재가 먹히는 거 아닌가요(남북정상회담이 제재의 성과라는 뜻). 아마도 북한이 더는 안되겠다고 생각하기 시작한 건지도 모르죠. 태도의 변화가 그 때문인지 모른다는 말입니다.
볼튼 : I don't think so. There's, look, do you think Iran is abiding by the sanctions on NK? I don't think so, I don't think the Russians are, I think the North Koreans are the world's best grifters. For examples, do you know paid for the participation in the winter Olympics? South Korea, great deal.

앵커 : Do you think leadership's getting taken here in Seoul? you know the leader has been very liberal and open toward some sort of dialogue with North Korea.
앵커 : 서울의 지도자가 여기(북한에 돈대고 정상회담 응하는 등)에 넘어간 거라고 보십니까? 아시다시피 그 지도자(문재인)는 매우 진보성향이고 북한과의 대화 등에 적극적인데요.
볼튼 : This is the sunshine policy crowd all over again, they're like putty in NK's hands. It's very emotional for SK, I understand it, but you know as the great international relations theorist P.T. Barnum once said "There's a sucker born every minute."
볼튼 : 햇볕정책 무리들이 다시 성행해서, 북한이 그들을 떡 주무르듯(like putty) 합니다. 남한인들이 감성적이 되는건 이해합니다만, (이 상황을) 위대한 국제관계이론가인 P.T. 바넘의 말을 빌리자면 "호구새끼들은 끊이지 않죠"

여기서 이 패드립의 유래에 대해 부연 설명이 좀 필요할 거 같아 적어 봄.
아는 문빠도 있겠지만 P.T. 바넘은 위대한 국제관계이론가(the great international relations theorist)가 아님.
